Fitness and wellness on tap for SIR #92

SIR Branch #92 will hear from John Phillips about wellness and fitness for mature adults at its monthly meeting on March 14. Phillips is the Oakmont Fitness Center’s trainer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness from the University of Nevada, Reno. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and active member of Idea Health and Fitness Association. He continues to study any information available regarding the training and health of mature adults, and obtain continuing education certificates. He also holds certificates as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, BOSU instructor, and Mat Pilates instructor.
