June 3 – Introduction and series overview followed by Hiking Basics presented by REI, and an easy, guided hike.

June 10 – Stretching with yoga instructor Dawn Justice and guided hike by docent Jeff Falconer.

June 17 – A hike to the Ancient Redwood where yoga instructor Dawn Justice will incorporate yoga into the hike.

June 24 – Mindfulness and guided hike with docent Jeff Falconer

July 8 – Nature hike on the Sonoma Ridge Trail with naturalist John Lynch

July 15 – Graduation hike to the summit of the park with naturalist John Lynch.

Each hike starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at approximately 11 a.m.
