July 4th fireworks hike to Bald Mountain

Want a spectacular vantage point to view as many as 18 different fireworks displays on the 4th of July? The top of Bald Mountain, one of the highest points in Sonoma Valley, is the perfect vantage point to see the beautiful sights of fireworks displays that span the Bay Area, from Windsor in the north, Berkeley and Oakland in the east, San Francisco to the south, with possible views into the South Bay. Upon arrival at the top, enjoy a sumptuous mountaintop reception of hearty snacks and sweets, lemonade, and water.

This special July 4 fundraiser/hike is by reservation only. Hike runs 6:45-11 p.m. Space is limited to 80 guests; reserve your space now. Tickets are $50, and 100 percent of the proceeds support Sugarloaf Ridge State Park. Kids 12-17 are $10. Not recommended for children under 12. Hike is approximately 6.5 miles round trip. Expect approximately 1.5 hours hiking time each way.
