Dinner dance to support GE Fire Department

Glen Ellen Fire Protection District

Saturday June 2017 - 6:00pm to

For more than 86 years the Glen Ellen Fire Department’s annual Firehouse Dinner Dance has been the longest continuously running event in the Sonoma Valley.

The event provides an opportunity for young and old, resident and visitor, to meet for an evening of fun and feasting. This year’s party is set for Saturday, June 24, 6 p.m. to midnight, at the fire station at 13445 Arnold Dr.

The dance is the major fundraising activity for Glen Ellen’s volunteer firefighters. The doors open at 6 p.m. BBQ dinner is 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The live entertainment will be the band Alder Creek, a versatile group with great vocal arrangements of tunes by Zac Brown, the Allman Brothers, Sam Cooke, Boz Skaggs, plus a ton of New Orleans spice, perfect for dancing or listening.

There will be door prizes, and a silent auction open from 6-9:30 p.m. Refreshments include local beers on tap and Sonoma Valley wines at the bar. Event cost is $25 per person; $15 after 8:30 p.m. Come show your support for the Glen Ellen Fire Department and its volunteers.

If you have a donation of new product, service or merchandise, please contact Amy Ayers at 996-9266, ext.100. Each donor will receive two tickets held at the door for you.
