Jack London State Park

Saturday March 10th 2018 - 10:00am to

Take a walk into spring on Saturday, March 10, at Jack London State Historic Park. Join park naturalist John Lynch on a slow-paced, 4-mile nature walk exploring the wildflowers, birds and other animals as they adapt to the early spring conditions of the park. Some of the early bloomers you might see are hounds tongue, indian warrior, star lily, canyon delphinium, milkmaids, and Western trillium.

The walk runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Meet in the Ranch parking lot on the right as you enter the park. Wear sturdy shoes, bring water, snacks and binoculars on this moderate walk on uneven ground; suitable for ages 15 and up. Cost is $10 per person (plus an additional parking fee of $10 per car is collected at the kiosk upon entering the park).

If you have questions or concerns about accessibility, contact the office at 938-5216.

Space is limited. Register online at jacklondonpark.com.
