Public input sought on bike and ped master plan

The City of Santa Rosa, in coordination with the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board, is updating the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan and hosting a series of community open houses to gather public feedback. The Master Plan Update 2018 is a critical tool in building a citywide transportation system that is bicycle and pedestrian friendly. The goal of the Plan Update is to encourage more residents to bike and walk, to make Santa Rosa a more bicycle- and pedestrian-friendly city. The next community open house will take place on July 25, 6-8 p.m., at the Rincon Valley Library.

You can find out more about the update at altaprojects.net/santarosa/#/ or take the online survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/SantaRosaBPMP2018.
