Polling place workers needed
The Sonoma County Registrar of Voters is recruiting polling place workers for the Nov. 6 Gubernatorial General Election. Workers will set up and close the polling place, locate voter names on rosters, get voter signatures, provide simple instructions to voters, issue ballots, and other duties as needed. Poll workers earn $100.
To serve, poll workers must be a registered voter in California or permanent legal resident of the United States and be able to serve on Election Day from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. The Registrar is also seeking workers bilingual in Spanish, Khmer, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
