Be a powerful voice in the life of a foster child
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) volunteers are everyday people, trained by CASA and then appointed by judges to advocate for the safety of children who have been removed from their homes because of abuse or neglect.
If you can commit to spending two to four hours a week offering advocacy, friendship and emotional support to a child or young adult in foster care, CASA needs you.
There are currently 50 children waiting to be matched with their CASA volunteer. The next training begins Jan. 10. Call 565-6375 or visit sonomacasa.org for more information and to sign up.
Become a CASA Volunteer and advocate for children when they need it the most.
