Summer fun in Sugarloaf

Tony Passantino, Assistant Park Manager at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, leads his charges in a game during Creek Camp the morning of July 25. The camp, for 8 to 12 year olds, includes activities such as collecting and studying aquatic insects, learning about the wildlife and plants found in the park, and, of course, plenty of time getting wet in the creek. Campers also learn from special visitors – wildlife center staff, bird watchers, and astronomers – throughout the week. Photo by Alec Peters
