Tickets on sale for Broadway Under the Stars 2018 season

Transcendence Theatre Company's annual summer series “Broadway Under the Stars” starts on June 15 at the historic winery in Jack London State Historic Park.

Performances feature an eclectic mix of popular music and Broadway songs, and a diverse, multi-talented cast featuring professional artists who have appeared in Broadway productions including Wicked, Young Frankenstein, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Mary Poppins, 42nd Street and Mamma Mia.

The “Broadway Under the Stars” experience includes pre-show picnicking starting at 5 p.m. in the meadow. Enjoy musical entertainment before the main performance, along with your homemade picnic dinner, or purchase gourmet food from local food trucks. Eight Sonoma County wineries will be pouring each night. Performances begin at 7:30 p.m.

There are four different shows throughout the summer. Stairway to Paradise runs June 15 to July 1; Fantastical Family Night is July 13 and 14; Shall We Dance runs Aug. 3-19; and the Gala Celebration is Sept. 7-9.

Individual tickets are $45 to $145 per person. Fantastical Family Night performances are specially priced with youth tickets for children under 18-years old. VIP and group tickets are also available. Five dollars from every ticket sold is contributed for the support and maintenance of Jack London State Historic Park.

For show times and dates, and to purchase tickets, go to www.BestNightEver.org or call 877-424-1414, ext. 1.
