The Sons in Retirement (SIR) Branch #53 luncheon in Oakmont on Wednesday, Aug. 26, will feature guest speaker Lew Sbrana, who will speak about John Philip Sousa and play some of his stirring music.
SIR Branch #53 meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month at Oakmont’s East Recreation Center, 7902 Oakmont Drive. A social starts at 11 a.m. with lunch at noon.
