Quarryhill Botanical Garden

Saturday November 7th 2015 - 10:00am to

Experience the tranquility of Quarryhill Botanical Garden while participating in an activity good for your mind, body and soul: Qigong. Linda Burquez, a Doctor of Medical Qigong Therapy (D.M.Q., China) and an Inner Radiance Qigong Teacher with over 20 years of experience, will be at Quarryhill on Saturday, Nov. 7 from 10 to 11 a.m. to lead a Qigong class in the beautiful garden.

Inner Radiance Qigong is a flowing set of nine postures and a meditation. The set is so dynamic that almost anyone who practices it, including those new to Qigong, report deep soul centering and expanded Qi flow.
