Who’s singing in the forest?

Sugarloaf State Park

Sunday March 18th 2018 - 9:30am to

During this introduction to birding, on Sunday, March 18, 9:30-11:30 a.m., learn about making observation by sound. Spring is the best time to develop or improve your birding skills, as both migrant and resident birds are at their most vocal. Learning and practicing birding skills brings more awareness of everything in nature. This will be a 2-mile moderate hike with some uphill and lots of stops. Bring binoculars, if you have them, and good shoes for rocky or uneven trails. Rain cancels. Cost is $10. Parking fees apply. For tickets, visit www.brownpapertickets.com, search “Sugarloaf.”
