House of Happy Walls museum re-opens

After a year of design and planning, Jack London Park Partners will open 22 new multi-sensory and interactive exhibits at the House of Happy Walls museum, celebrating the adventurous and inspiring story of Jack London and his wife, Charmian. The exhibition, designed by the Sibbett Group, explores Jack as a true pioneer of his time: a writer, conservationist, organic farmer and humanitarian, and organizer of equality and opportunity. The expansive second floor of the museum shares the story of Charmian, and the profound impact she had on Jackís life. The exhibits are a result of an $800,000 renovation designed to promote Londonís legacy and enhance the visitor experience at the park.

There will be a ribbon cutting on Nov. 10.
