Wreath workshop at Quarryhill


Quarryhill Botanical Garden

Succulents make great year-round wreaths, adapting well when grown in moss and continuing to grow for many months, and longer with good care. A hands-on wreath making class at Quarryhill Botanical Garden will provide all the materials you need to make a 14-inch wreath to display on your front door, just in time for the holidays. Instructor Kim Pearson has been a landscape designer and consultant for more than 20 years. She is a Master Gardener volunteer and has designed the Master Gardener Fair demonstration garden for the past four years, focusing on sustainable garden education for home gardeners.

The class is on Saturday, Nov. 17, 10 a.m.-noon, and the fee is $60 including all materials. Space is limited, so sign up today at www.quarryhillbg.org/page168.html.
